A baby monitor is available at our reception (limited quantity).
If you need an additional pillow or blanket, please contact our reception (duvet and pillows are also suitable for allergy sufferers.
Our rich, regional breakfast buffet is available for from 07.30am to 10.00am. You have the option of purchasing paper bags to wrap up from the buffet for an additional charge.
Our car park is located on the uphill side of the hotel. The e-charging station and the remaining parking spaces in front of the door are for loading and unloading and should therefore be kept free.
We are happy to accept Depit-, Visa and Eurocard, as well as the American Express Card.
A defibrillator is located opposite our reception.
We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 10.00am on the day of departure to make the room available for the guests arriving.
Bed and Breakfast: You have the possibility to eat in our restaurant “a la carte”. Our kitchen is open daily until 08.30pm. Please make a reservation.
Halfboard: We are happy to serve you our five-course menu of your choice from 06.00pm to 07.30pm. We ask you to fill out the menu the evening before, during dinner, in the menu card provided.
A table will be reserved for you with a place card in your family name.
The white envelopes on your table on the day of arrival are napkin pockets. If you want to use your napkin - to protect the environment - again, please just put it in your envelope. If you want a fresh one, leave it on the table and we will replace it. All napkins are automatically replaced on Wednesday.
We do this for the sake of our environment – to protect our water resources.
Please pay your consumption directly by our service staff after your meal. You are also welcome to have this charged to your room and settle it with your room bill on the day of your departure. Please confirm the bill for your consumption with your signature.
If you have any health-related questions, please contact our reception. We ask for your understanding that we are not authorised to dispense medication or the like.
We love dogs! But please beer in mind that some guests may be afraid of or allergic to dogs. Therefore, we would like to ask you to bring your pets only after consultation, for breakfast or dinner – out of consideration for the other guests!
IMPORTANT! Dogs are not allowed in our wellness area! Our furniture (couch, chairs, etc.) is also not intended for dogs.

Charging takes place via the QR code directly at the charging station, using a credit card. Most German and Austrian NFC cards are also supported. This must be stopped until the ring lights up green.
Our fitness room is located behind the children’s play area. The door can be opened with your room card.
Information on hiking tours in the surrounding area is available at our reception.
The use of the hiking bus is FREE of charge from June to October with the Topcard Zell-Gerlos (formerly guest card), which you receive upon arrival.
You are welcome to use our indoor swimming pool from 07.00am to 06.00pm. The door can only be opened with your room card. Our indoor pool is located in the basement, to the left of the lift.
Use at your own risk! Never leave children alone!
Jaga sauna-textile sauna:
Our Jaga sauna only reaches a maximum temperature of 55°C and is suitable for adults and children. It is located in our swimming pool area. Entry is only permitted with swimwear.

Children are only permitted to use our indoor pool and textile sauna when accompanied by an adult!
In our basement you will find:
- Bowling alley: € 1.- (8 minutes)
- Billards/tabel football: € 1.- per game
- Dart-machine: € 1.- per game
- Shooting range: € 8.- for a shooting package (included 100 shots, 10 shooting targets and 2 chips (öS 10.-) for 40 minutes shooting
- Table tennis: If you haven´t brought any rackets/balls with you, you are welcome to borrow them from our reception.
- Playing cards and bord games: Can also be borrowed from our reception.
Children’s playroom:
Dear parents and children! We respectfully ask you not to use our lift as a children’s playground! This can be very dangerous! So that you can let off steam, we have a large children’s playroom and during summer we also have a children’s playground on our terrace, as well as a forest playground above our hotel! Please use the footpaths and don’t run across the fields and meadows!
YOU SHOULD ALSO REMEMBER that many children still want to play with the toys and therefore do not wilfully destroy them. However, if something should break, please report it to our reception so that nobody gets hurt.
Please don’t take the toys to your room.
For your correspondence, we are happy to provide you with stationery and envelopes free of charge (see info folder at the back).

When you leave your room, you can switch of all the lights at the same time with this switch.

Dear guests, please take care of your key cards. If you lose one of them, we will unfortunately have to charge you € 10.00 per card.

We are happy to switch on our saunas for you during opening hours. However, we ask you to book in advance, as it is a shame to waste energy if it is not used.
Open from 02.00pm to 06.00pm and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 07.30pm to 10.00pm.
ATTENTION! The sauna area is a NUDITY AREA, access only permitted from the age of 16. Open with your room card.
The Gerlosstein ski area is right next to our hotel. A cosy, uncrowded ski area with all its charms. The ski slopes are suitable for all skiers - for all levels of difficulty. In good snow conditions you can ski right up to our hotel.
Ski passes can be purchased directly at the valley station of the Gerlosstein cable car (short waiting time and possible the day before) or at all other valley stations in the Zillertal.
There is also a ski hire centre in our hotel. There you can not only hire everything you need for skiing, but also have your skis prepared. also have your skis prepared. Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on ski hire.
A ski room with boot dryer is available in our cellar for your skis, ski boots and hiking boots. You can reach the ski cellar from the outside, at the restaurant entrance on the left, via a staircase! Video surveillance!
It is strictly forbidden to enter your room with ski or mountain boots or to take skis and snowboards into your room.
The ski bus stop for both directions (Zell am Ziller/Gerlos) is located 50 metres below the hotel - small wooden house.
Due to legal regulations, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Ashtrays are available for our smokers on the balconies, in front of the hotel entrance and the restaurant entrance.
Attention! The telephone is generally blocked but can be activated at reception.
For internal calls, please dial the desired telephone number or simply the room number of the other party. Telephone calls are automatically registered and we ask you to settle them at our reception the evening before your departure.
Starting up the television:
- Press the red standby button on the remote control.
- To access the programme list of our 100 channels, press the OK button.
- All other functions via the remote control:
- Sleep Timer: Press the menu button, move 3 fields to the right to Settings, press OK, then select Timer with the OK button, set time with the arrow button to the right and left.
- Teletext: Last row, press the 3rd button from the left, this will take you to the teletext of ORF 1 or ORF 2 Press 600 to display the general weather and 607 gives you the weather for the whole of Tyrol.
In our fireplace lounge/hotel lobby we offer you further satellite programmes.
Directly opposite our hotel is a 7km long toboggan run!
During the day you can use the cable car with your ski pass! In the evening, the cable car runs from 07.30pm to 09.00pm, but the ascent is not included in the ski pass. The toboggan run is floodlit until around 01.00am.
You can hire toboggans 50 metres below our hotel at "Rodelflitzer Verleih Binder".
